Overview – Hafner Bus System:

HBS is a new modular electro-pneumatic system consisting Base modules with 4 valve positions and intermediate supply modules (variable pressure zones).

Available versions:

• EtherCAT
• PROFINET

Fieldbus connection – TBE 5 PN:

TBE 5 PN is the first PROFINET slave unit of HAFNER Pneumatika Kft. designed to handle communication between the modular valve terminal and the PROFINET master.

The bus connection is established via two D-coded M12 sockets and one A-coded M12 socket is used for power supply. The 8 LED indicators display the status of the bus-node.

Technical data:

Each Base module provides 4 valve stations and a maximum of 8 Base modules can be combined. Which means that a configured manifold system can be equipped with a maximum of 32 pieces double-solenoid valves (64 coils):

• 2 x 2/3-way valves
• 5/2-way-valves
• 5/3-way-valves

Valves are available in two body sizes:

• 16mm (450 Nl/min)
• 22mm (650 Nl/min)
